Great results for World Cup themed online campaign

Our friends at Wildfire PR asked us to create a World Cup themed online marketing campaign for major consumer electronics brand Humax.

Tapping into the football fever before the World Cup, we created a microsite where fans could upload video clips of their favourite football moment recreations in the hope of winning a prize.

A promotional email was then produced and sent to around 30,000 recipients to spread the word. Results were well above the industry average with almost 40% of recipients opening the email and 12% clicking through.

The microsite had so many visitors that stocks of promotional starter packs were depleted within a matter of hours! A great result for Humax with massive exposure to their brand amongst their key target audience.
